WHEN TO PAY YOUR BILL: 
Your payment is due when you receive your bill.  If we do not receive your payment within 30 days from the date of the statement, your account is past due.  If we stop your service for non-payment, you must pay the past due amount and a service deposit before service is reinstated.


HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL: 
Please mail your payments using the return envelope provided.  When mailing your payment, write the amount paid in the amount remitted box on the remittance stub and send the stub along with your payment.  Please do not include cash when mailing your payment.  The following forms of payment are acceptable: checks, cashier’s checks, credit cards (MasterCard & Visa), debit cards, “Easy Pay”, and on-line banking.

WHERE TO PAY YOUR BILL:
You may also pay your bill our main office located at 820 Levitin Way (end of Tower Road) or our Napa Payment Center located at 592 Lincoln Ave.


DISCOUNT FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT: 
Residential customers with individual cart service will receive a 5% discount for paying 12 months in advance of service.  Upon receipt of payment, the payment will be applied to your account and will appear as a credit on your statement.


INSUFFICIENT FUNDS:
The California Civil Code and the Uniform Commercial Code provide the following penalty schedule for any payment returned to us for insufficient funds. The bad debt fee will not to exceed $25 for first offense, $35 for the subsequent offense, and up to three times the amount of the check with certified demand for payment.


VACATION CREDIT POLICY:
  Residential and Commercial customers are eligible for vacation credit one (1) time each calendar year. You must request a minimum of two (2) weeks of continuous stop of service. You must notify us at least one week before the vacation stop occurs. We will credit you for a vacation period of a minimum of two (2) weeks to a maximum of three (3) months. For any stop request that exceeds three (3) months, the contractor will arrange to pick-up carts and will reinstate service upon notification.


RESIDENTIAL SERVICE REQUIREMENT: 
   On your service pickup day, containers must be placed curbside by 6:00 a.m.  Each 65 gallon capacity container must no more than 150 pounds.


SERVICE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:
The following is a list of common service deposits required to started or restarted service:


Drop Box Service:
Residential Service     50% of service fee
Commercial Service    50% of service fee

Bin Service:
Residential Service     50% of service fee
Commercial Service    50% of service fee
