In 2008,  Kodak Single Use Cameras were the most recycled item with 84% recycled, which beat out major appliances (55%), office paper (50%), plastic beverage containers (25%) and computers and TVs (18%). Since 1990 they have recycled 1.5 billion single use cameras, which would circle the world 4.5 times if laid one next to the other.
