Lincoln Avenue Traffic Safety & Paving Construction Begins Late 2025!
The City of Napa will be making improvements to Lincoln Avenue between California Boulevard and Soscol Avenue.
The work will include paving, improving pedestrian crossings, and adding new traffic calming and safety features.
