Lids – Plastic

Hard plastic caps are accepted for recycling only when attached to the plastic bottles/containers that they came on.

Loose plastic caps and other plastic lids (like the drink cup lids pictured) go in the landfill cart, since they are generally too small to be captured in the recycling sorting process.
